Welcome to my Yccteam In-Ear Headphones review. The earphones are a cheap budget friendly way to listen to your music in comfort and style.
The first thing to strike me about the design of these earphones is the amazing looking earpieces which are constructed from Zr02 ceramic, which not only makes them more resistant to falls and drops but also improves the quality of the sound produced, but I’ll go more into that later on in the review.
Thanks to this ceramic housing the earpieces each have weight behind them which in my opinion is a sign of good quality product craftsmanship. They aren’t too heavy, though, which means they sit steadily in my ears. Comfort is also an important factor and these earphones have got that factor right in my opinion. They are incredibly comfortable and don’t cause me any issues at all.
The 4 cm cable length is enough for me to be able to wear the earphones in my ears and have the cable trailing down the front of my body to my jeans pocket with some slack left for movement. One thing I personally don’t like about the cable is that it isn’t flat, this means that unfortunately, they do tangle quite easily when left in a pocket or bag. I have had to untangle these a few times already. Not only is this an irritating thing, it can also shorten the life of the cable.
Slightly down the right-hand earpiece cable is an inline control that features a built-in microphone and a button that offers music controls. However there’s no volume adjustment on these earphones, so you can only adjust the volume from the device you are using.
I am quite pleased with just how well these tiny little earphones can produce sound, I will say they are not anywhere near audiophile level but they are still good enough for morning commute or jogging in the park. The audio produced is clear and crisp. Bass isn’t the best but it’s still there and is set at a decent level for close up listening.
The volume you get out of these does depend on the device you are using as there is no inbuilt volume control for these earphones, unfortunately, which means volume can only be set via the device in use.
The built-in microphone is fantastic. It picks up my voice clearly and enables me to communicate with whoever is on the other side of the phone with no hassle at all. I can also hear the other person clearly with no issues at all.
These earphones are great for morning commutes or for jogging. The sound quality is great but not on an audiophile level. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a cheap but decent enough pair of earphones.
