Welcome to my Paw Patrol Jungle Rescue Tracker and Jungle Cruiser review. Paw Patrol is a hit children’s show that has gained a massive popularity with children around and under the age of 5 years old, so it’s no wonder the market is full of Paw Patrol toys that children really want. Today I am writing about one such toy my child stumbled across in Morrisons with a price of £13.00. This toy is the Jungle Rescue Tracker puppy with his Jungle Cruiser vehicle. This particular toy is produced by Spinmaster LTD.
- It's time to roll with Tracker and his Jungle cruiser with real working wheels for push play action
- Tracker's articulated paws are poseable on and off of his vehicle
- Collect each lovable Paw Patrol character and work together as a team! Chase, Marshall, Zuma, Skye, Rocky and Rubble all have jungle rescue vehicles
- Paw Patrol tracker's jungle cruiser comes to the rescue of Paw Patrol fans ages 3 and up
- Includes: 1 Tracker figure, 1 vehicle
Paw Patrol Jungle Rescue Tracker and Jungle Cruiser: Tracker Figure
As you would expect from any genuine licensed product, the build quality is far above standard. The Jungle cruiser and the Tracker pup are both made of pretty sturdy plastic and have a decent finish to them.
I’ll start off with the Tracker pup first. The pup is dressed in his green outfit, a green hat and his pup pack, all of which aren’t removable. What I really like about this figure is that all four of his legs can be positioned to enable Tracker to sit down, stretch his legs in front of him and even stand up. While the build quality is far above standard I have noticed that after a bit of play from my four-year-old the paint on the figure has begun to scratch away in places such as his nose and front paws. Not really a major issue for me as it’s a children’s toy, but it would still be better if it didn’t happen so easily.
Paw Patrol Jungle Rescue Tracker and Jungle Cruiser: Jungle Cruiser
The Jungle Cruiser vehicle in this set is pretty solid. It resembles the vehicle in the TV show quite well and is complete with the vehicle number which is 11, Tracker’s badge, green cameo against the white body and green colored rims as well as other features such as the rear head light bar. There’s a hollowed out rectangular area in the center of the vehicle to sit Tracker in. This driver area isn’t very detailed at all and the buttons and driving controls which you see in the TV series aren’t colored, instead, they remain white and all a part of the main body.
While there’s no pull-back action here, the Paw Patrol Jungle Rescue Tracker and Jungle Cruiser vehicle does glide quite smoothly and quickly on smooth surfaces and even my carpet.
The Paw Patrol Jungle Rescue Tracker and Jungle Cruiser set is a fantastic toy that will provide your little pups (children in this case) with hours of fun as they create many scenarios with Tracker and his vehicle. You can also add onto that fun by purchasing other Paw Patrol characters with vehicles sets.
Despite one or two little flaws such as the paint issue and rather boring drivers area, this set is fantastic and in my opinion is well worth the £13 I bought it for. I have seen it elsewhere on sites like Ebay but the prices there are above £20 which is a little too expensive for what you get, so try to stick to retailers such as Toys ‘R’ us, who have it listed here for £13.55, although it’s not available for home delivery, so a pop to your local Toys ‘R’ us may be in order if you can’t find it cheaper anywhere else. I got my little boy’s from Morrisons but since Morrisons is a supermarket and not a dedicated toy shop, the stock will probably not be as good.
