Sandberg EsportsEquipment Wireless Sniper Gaming mouse design

The thing I love most about the design of the Sandberg EsportsEquipment Wireless Sniper Gaming mouse is that it doesn’t try too hard to be classed as a gaming mouse. It has a gorgeous yet simplistic design that focuses on providing comfort, whilst enabling you to be on your A-game whilst playing.

It features 8 different buttons, which can be also be switched into media mode, which is a really handy function. Check out the image below taken from the manual for information on what each button does in normal and media mode.

Something else that really stands out with the Sandberg EsportsEquipment Wireless Sniper Gaming mouse is that it can be used wirelessly or wired. In all honesty I have been using it without wires, in fact, the only time I have plugged it in so far is when I got it, to give it its initial charge. With a 1,200mAh lithium battery that takes roughly 7 hours to charge from my experience and can last about 3 months on a single charge, I don’t suspect this will spend much time plugged in, but it’s still nice to have it as an option. 3 months on a single charge is very impressive, considering other wireless mice don’t last more than a month for me.

I’d say this mouse has a medium size to it, which in my opinion makes it ok. It’s comfortable for the most part, although I do often find my hand dragging behind it a bit unless I position the tips of my fingers in front of the clicker buttons. This means if you have large hands, you may want something a bit bigger. As I said, though, for the most part, it’s comfortable to use.

Sandberg EsportsEquipment Wireless Sniper Gaming mouse in action

I have started using this as my main and only mouse as I feel that it’s brilliant for both gaming and general PC use. I have used it for a range of games from FPS’s to RPG’s and have found it to perform exceptionally well. It’s responsive and glides along my mouse mat with ease. The DPI switch makes in-game DPI switching extremely easy for those times I may need a fast and rough pointer or a slow and smooth pointer.

For general use, the mouse is just as good. It glides with ease and responds to my every command. There really isn’t much for me to complain about here at all.

Overall

The Sandberg EsportsEquipment Wireless Sniper Gaming mouse is a fantastic mouse that offers comfort and simplicity in one product. It performs exceptionally well for both gaming and general PC use. It’s another worthy addition to the EsportsEquipment line by Sandberg.
