Introduction:
Welcome to my Lily and Jack Newborn Baby Grow Gift Set review. This is a five piece gift set that would make a good gift to any expectant parents. It contains a bib, a sleepsuit, a bodysuit, a hat and some mittens and is available in the following three sizes, which are 0 to 3 months, 3 to 6 months and newborn, which I would have assumed was the 0 to 3 months size. Since I know somebody who is due to have a baby, I will be giving this them as a gift, so I can’t comment on the likes of how well it fits or how cute it looks.
Design and quality:
The design on the set I am reviewing consists of rather cute owls. The bib has the largest owl on it. This owl is coloured mainly in pink but does have different colored wings and a blue belly with different colored triangles in it. The bib itself is beige with a blue lining running around the edge of it.
The mittens, the sleepsuit nd the hat all have the same little owls and some trees printed on them. While the mittens and the sleepsuit have the blue fabric edging on them, the hat doesn’t. Again the main color for these is beige.
The bodysuit is beige like the rest of the set and does have the blue edging but doesn’t have any owls or trees on it, instead, it has pink line running across it. The bodysuit, the sleepsuit and the bib all make use of popper buttons to keep them on. The bodysuit has the classics arm area that allows you to roll the bodysuit off should your child be sick all over it.
The build quality of each piece is brilliant. These really are on par with some of the more expensive babywear I have seen. The material is a decent thickness and there are no threads out of the place. The popper buttons work as they should and I have found no issues with them at all.
Overall:
This is a cute little gift set that’s perfect for anyone who is expecting a child or has a child between 0 to 6 months old. The theme of the set is cute and the overall quality is fantastic.
