Broadcare Electrical Hair Straightening Brush Review: Straight Frizz Free Hair In Minutes

Introduction:

Welcome to my Broadcare Electrical Hair Straightening Brush review. My partner spends time every morning straightening her hair before having to separately brush it. With this 2 in 1 straightener, she can not only straighten her hair but also brush it at the same time.

Design:

In terms of looks, this looks like an enlarged hair brush with a power cord sticking out of the handle end. There’s also a power button and a small LCD display on the handle. The small LCD display displays the current temperature and the power button is used to switch the device on and off, as well as switch between temperatures.

The color scheme consists of mostly black with a white area on the handle that is nicely surrounded by a chrome colored trim. The bristles of the brush are made from a heat-resistant plastic. The ones in the middle heat up, whilst the outer ring doesn’t.

The cable has a total length of 2.5m which means it’s just long enough for my partner to be able to move about a bit while straightening her hair. The cord connects to the brush using a 360 degrees swiveling tip, which means it’s so much easier to straightening your hair from many different angles.

In use:

Since I have short hair, I don’t have much use for these, however, my partner does and so I am basing this off the results she has had. First of all, I’ll start by saying the results have been quite good. My partner has been using this every morning since it arrived and her hair has become straight and frizz free within minutes of using it. She has said though that she doesn’t like how long it takes to heat up and that the plastic handle can be a bit uncomfortable, although she says she can live with this.

My partner has said she finds the product to be pretty straight forward since the only button is the power button. If you press it down for three seconds, it turns the brush on and if you push the button dow and instantly let go it switches between the temperatures and lastly if you hold it down for three seconds when it’s turned on it will turn off. She can also clearly read the display of the brush and finds the blue text to be quite clear.

Overall:

This is a pretty good straightener, which my partner enjoys using, she does have a few issues with it, but nothing too major. She says she would definitely recommend it.

DISCLAIMER:

I received this product at a discounted price in return for my honest and unbiased review. This has had no effect on my overall opinion of the product.
