Welcome to my AudioMX In ear headphones review: This is a wired pair of earphones sold under the AudioMX brand, which is a brand within the Avantek family of brands. Although you may have never heard of this make, AudioMX do produce some pretty good earphones.
These earphones are by far some of the nicest wired ones I own. They have a cool looking black and green color scheme with the earpiece being all back and the cable being green one side and black on the other side.
The shells of the earpieces are made from metal and have a cool look to them complete with raised lines to give them a textured feel. Each one is correctly labeled with the side indicator (L and R). Just down the cable slightly from the right earpiece is an in-line control box with volume control and a phone/play and pause button as well as the built-in microphone.
The cable itself is flat, which is great as it means the cable hasn’t been tangling up on me if I leave it in a bag pocket. That said you do get a neat little case to carry the earphones around in. The jack connector is L shaped. This not only makes connecting the earphones to 3.5 mm port in awkward locations a lot easier, it also strengthens the tip ensuring the cables won’t break away from the contacts too easily or too quickly.
You get three earpiece tips with these. Personally, I am fine with the ones already installed but if these are too big or too small for you, you can just swap them over. In terms of comfort, these are quite good. They sit in my ears quite well and I don’t feel them falling out as I move.
Sound and microphone quality:
These little earphones really have amazed with just how well they produce audio playback. The sound is exceptionally clear and even distortion free at higher volumes. The bass produced is decent enough to have it feel like you’re at your own private party.
The microphone works really well and my voice is carried clearly through it to the person on the other end of the phone. The buttons on the in-line control box where the microphone is located work really well as well with no issues to report.
I these earphones are fantastic. They look good, feel well made and perform exceptionally well where it matters. They are comfortable and I just can’t fault them at all.
I received this product for free in return for my honest and unbiased review. This has had no effect on my overall opinion of the product.
